Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Who we are

Twisa (اتويزة) is a non-profit volunteer coordination platform for Mauritania. Contact: ahmedsidimohammed78@gmail.com

Data we collect

Phone number — used for account creation and one-time password authentication. Stored in E.164 format, never shared.

Profile info — display name, bio, wilaya (region), and optional profile photo.

GPS location — captured only at the moment you take a verified participation photo. We do not track your location continuously or in the background.

Photos — participation proof photos (before/after) and initiative cover photos. Stored securely on Cloudflare R2 (EU jurisdiction).

Push notification token — used to alert you about initiatives in your wilaya. Opt-in; you can decline at the system level.

Legal document (organisations only) — a PDF or image submitted to verify your organisation. Not publicly visible.

How we use your data

Create and manage your volunteer account.
Match you with community initiatives in your wilaya.
Verify participation with GPS-stamped, cryptographically signed photos.
Issue participation certificates signed with Ed25519 keys.
Send alerts about upcoming initiatives near you (opt-out supported).
Public certificate verification: your name, total verified hours, and areas of contribution are visible on the verification page linked by the QR code on your certificate.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Photos and documents are stored on Cloudflare R2 (EU). No third parties receive your personal data except as required by law.

Retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. To request deletion, email ahmedsidimohammed78@gmail.com. Cryptographically signed certificates are kept to preserve the integrity of the historical verification record.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

Rules of engagement for volunteers and organisations.

Twisa is a free platform for legitimate community volunteer activities.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You may not post false initiatives, impersonate organisations, or upload fabricated participation photos.
Verified photos are GPS-stamped and cryptographically signed. Submitting fraudulent proof is grounds for permanent account suspension.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uptime or availability.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law: Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

We answer every email personally — usually within 48 hours.

Qui sommes-nous

Données collectées

Numéro de téléphone — utilisé pour la création de compte et l'authentification par code OTP. Stocké au format E.164, jamais partagé.

Informations de profil — nom d'affichage, biographie, wilaya (région), photo de profil (optionnelle).

Localisation GPS — capturée uniquement au moment de la prise d'une photo de participation vérifiée. Nous ne suivons pas votre position en continu ni en arrière-plan.

Photos — photos de preuve de participation (avant/après) et photos de couverture d'initiative. Stockées sur Cloudflare R2 (juridiction UE).

Jeton de notification push — pour vous alerter des initiatives dans votre wilaya. Vous pouvez refuser au niveau système.

Document juridique (organisations uniquement) — soumis pour vérification, non visible publiquement.

Utilisation des données

Créer et gérer votre compte bénévole.
Vous associer aux initiatives locales dans votre wilaya.
Vérifier la participation via des photos horodatées GPS et signées cryptographiquement.
Émettre des certificats de participation signés avec des clés Ed25519.
Envoyer des alertes sur les initiatives proches (désinscription possible).
Vérification publique des certificats : votre nom, total d'heures vérifiées et domaines de contribution apparaissent sur la page de vérification liée au QR code.

Partage des données

Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Photos et documents sont stockés sur Cloudflare R2 (UE). Aucun tiers ne reçoit vos données personnelles, sauf obligation légale.

Conservation et suppression

Vos données sont conservées tant que votre compte est actif. Pour demander la suppression, contactez ahmedsidimohammed78@gmail.com. Les certificats signés cryptographiquement sont conservés pour préserver l'intégrité du registre de vérification.

Vos droits

Vous pouvez demander l'accès, la correction ou la suppression de vos données personnelles à tout moment en nous contactant.

Conditions d'utilisation

Règles d'engagement pour bénévoles et organisations.

Twisa est gratuit et réservé aux activités bénévoles légitimes.
L'âge minimum est de 13 ans.
Il est interdit de publier de fausses initiatives, d'usurper l'identité d'une organisation ou de soumettre des photos frauduleuses.
Les photos vérifiées sont horodatées GPS et signées cryptographiquement. Toute falsification entraîne la suspension définitive du compte.
La plateforme est fournie « telle quelle », sans garantie de disponibilité.
Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre les comptes enfreignant ces conditions.
Droit applicable : République islamique de Mauritanie.

البيانات التي نجمعها

رقم الهاتف — يُستخدم لإنشاء الحساب والمصادقة عبر رمز لمرة واحدة. مُخزَّن بصيغة E.164 ولا يُشارَك مطلقًا.

معلومات الملف الشخصي — الاسم المعروض، النبذة، الولاية، وصورة الملف الشخصي (اختيارية).

الموقع الجغرافي (GPS) — يُسجَّل فقط لحظة التقاط صورة المشاركة الموثقة. لا نتتبع موقعك بصفة مستمرة أو في الخلفية.

الصور — صور إثبات المشاركة (قبل/بعد) وصور غلاف المبادرة. مُخزَّنة على Cloudflare R2 (نطاق الاتحاد الأوروبي).

رمز الإشعارات — لتنبيهك بالمبادرات في ولايتك. اختياري، يمكنك الرفض عبر إعدادات الجهاز.

الوثيقة القانونية (للمنظمات فقط) — تُرفع للتحقق من هوية المنظمة، وغير مرئية للعموم.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

إنشاء وإدارة حساب المتطوع.
ربطك بالمبادرات المحلية في ولايتك.
التحقق من المشاركة عبر صور مختومة بإحداثيات GPS وموقَّعة تشفيريًا.
إصدار شهادات مشاركة موقَّعة بمفاتيح Ed25519.
إرسال تنبيهات بالمبادرات القريبة (يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك).
التحقق العام من الشهادات: اسمك وساعاتك الموثقة ومجالات مساهمتك تظهر على صفحة التحقق المرتبطة برمز QR في شهادتك.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك. الصور والوثائق مُخزَّنة على Cloudflare R2 (الاتحاد الأوروبي). لا تُشارَك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث إلا بموجب التزام قانوني.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

تُحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك. لطلب الحذف، راسلنا على ahmedsidimohammed78@gmail.com. تُحتفظ بالشهادات الموقَّعة تشفيريًا للحفاظ على سلامة سجل التحقق.

حقوقك

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا.

شروط الاستخدام

قواعد التفاعل للمتطوعين والمنظمات.

اتويزة مجاني ومخصص للأنشطة التطوعية المجتمعية المشروعة فقط.
الحد الأدنى للعمر 13 سنة.
يُحظر نشر مبادرات وهمية أو انتحال هوية منظمات أو رفع صور مشاركة مزورة.
الصور الموثقة مختومة بإحداثيات GPS وموقَّعة تشفيريًا. أي تزوير يؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب بشكل نهائي.
المنصة مقدَّمة «كما هي» دون ضمان للاستمرارية.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.
القانون المطبق: الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية.
